The Client...

From sheet metal machinery to Condu-lock hardware, Production Products, Inc. has been providing laborsaving machinery and innovative products to HVAC duct fabricators worldwide for over 20 years.

The Requirements...

We approached PPI about updating the look-and-feel of their website. Their old site used frames, and was not easy to provide direct links for their clients and customers. They also just had a one page form that allowed people to order online.

The Outcome...

After working with their designer, we gave them a new layout, using CSS and XHTML, to make the site load quicker, and make it easier to index in the search engines. We also built them a search engine that would allow their users to quickly find the information they wanted. We also gave them fly-out menus, again allowing users to quickly drill-down to the content they are interested in. Their main desire of their site is to increase sales. So we have given them the ability to post Flash video files of their machines in action. They simply send us the video, and we put it online for them. This saves the visitor time from have to download large AVIs or MPGs. Now the user can easily watch the sales movie online. We also offer content management for PPI, allowing them to do what they do best - service the HVAC and sheet metal industry.
